While there are plenty of Ulysses-related events being held around the world, we’ve collected ten ways you can explore Ulysses online.

1. Download a free eBook copy of Ulysses.

2. Visit the 11ysses Project on Twitter: “a recasting or a reimagining of the reading experience of this novel, start to finish, within the confines of a day-long series of tweets from a global volunteer army of Joyce-sodden tweeps.”

3. Watch “A Rap Tribute to James Joyce” by Frank Delaney.

4. Find your favorite word in the book through the Ulysses Concordance.

5. Read all 74 passages of Ulysses that use the word “lovely.”

6. Take a virtual tour of Virgina Woolf’s houses in honor of Bloomsday.

7. Listen to Radio Bloomsday online.

8. Read the first episode of the book at UlyssesUlysses with hypertext notes, puzzles, and vocabulary lessons.

9. Read Jorn Barger’s expansive list of Advanced Notes on the difficult novel.
